Centaurea pindicola

This is one of those centaureas that you can't help but fall in love with the velvety, intricate leaf as much as the creamy white bursting flowers with black bracts, like finishing strokes of India ink. Seed from Piatek; from the mountains on the South-western Balkan peninsula.
